“博客如何帮助小企业营销”一直是人们关心的热点话题。自从今年二月份开始,我专注写博客。我觉得之前 四年半在产品和客户服务方面的经验对此次博客营销帮助是非常大的。无论你的最终目的是否是要赚钱,我们大多数的blogger们期待的东西是相同的,那就 是:流量和效益–对小企业营销来讲就是客户和收入。

1. 决定商品或服务
商品是小企业创收的来源。这取决于当前的市场及你的企业能满足的需求类型。企业的执行者需要做一番简单的市场调研,并利用一定数量的产品在目标市场上做测试。谁也不可守株待兔,等着商机的到来。

关于商业营销计划的好处,应该大家都听说了很多。不过,整个过程中必然会出现一些没有预见的事情,如承诺好的产品在那天突然缺货,保修问题,客户投诉等等。这些经历要求我们企业应该时常保持警惕,问题出现时有备份的对策。
就博客撰写来讲,建议你也要做好准备以防数据丢失、评论问题和服务器突然中断。有准备总比最后后悔要好。尽可能在问题出现之前就想好解决对策。相信我,你会发现有了备份计划会安心很多。

在博客营销中,什么才能决定你的内容质量是否够高呢?尽管撰写博客是比较主观的东西,但是对这些读者来说,你的文章需要能够有这样的效果:帮助他们 解决一个问题、带来创意的想法。任何时候都要为你的读者考虑,除非你非常忙无法立刻回复,否则你应该尽可能快地满足他们的要求。

对小企业来说,定期跟踪客户更容易些。可以通过电话、调查或是客户出现时与他随意的交谈来实现。这是与客户建立市场关系的一个方法,定期地吸引他们回到我们的产品或服务上。
用同样的理念,我们可以与读者保持联系,不光通过评论,还可以通过邮件。利用社交网站,以一个作者和读者的关系进行有效的追踪。牢记你的读者原本可以去类似的博客网站,但是最终选择了进入你的网站。就以这个非常简单的理由,他们值得你一直关注着。

8. 质量控制
客户一般都要求我们发送的货品不比承诺的差。一个有管理良好的企业是不会忽视质量控制这一关的。
博客营销也始终要注意这个问题。除了要注意写作技巧外,还是尽量减少拼写错误,博客布局也要非常合理,导航要方便读者。确保内容结构良好并且不失个人风格。也许应该给你的博客添加点新鲜的东西,偶尔尝试使用视频或音频来展现。不过不要过量并且不经测试就草率地发布。

企业做到后面可能需要通过外包业务来求发展。大多数的企业经营者都愿意冒险并把业务向下线拓展。

Ever since I started my intense blogging in February 2009, I’ve noticed how much my four and a half years of working background in product and customer service for a small company had taught me much about blogging. Try to figure the next possible step for your blog. Could it be collaboration with like-minded bloggers for a webinar? Building a fan site in Facebook? An ebook? If you’re all about gaining knowledge on how to monetize your blog, it’s important to know how and when it’s the time to make it happen.
It is said that blogging market is saturated. But we need to be optimistic if we wish to go headstrong in this blogging business. Small business runners are risk takers, opportunists, and customer-oriented, something we could learn much about and benefit from. However, it’s important to never lose touch of our own selves. Be honest, sincere, and a positive attitude will help us go a long way, while running our blog successfully like a small business.
